The following people have trodden in my footsteps and walked one of my Pilgrim routes.
March 28th. 2019 - Congratulations to Anne Hill, who walked St. Swithin's Way - 35 miles, from Winchester cathedral.
November 19th. 2018 - Congratulations to Paul Wilkinson, of Arundel, who walked my 35 mile - KING'S LYNN TO WALSINGHAM Pilgrimage route over 3 days. August 19th. 2018 - Congratulations to Andrew Bushel of London who completed my 42 MILE - MANDERVILLE MONKS WAY -from Edmonton Green, London to Audley End, Saffron Walden, Essex.
March 30th 2018 - Congratulations to John Ager and party from St. Mary Magdalene church in Wandsworth Common, London, who over 4 days walked my London to Canterbury Pilgrimage Walk. They did it to raise funds for their Church Regeneration Fund and the walk raised an impressive £12,000. Many congratulations to them all. Bon Camino!
February 15th. 2018 Congratulations to Elizabeth Knight and Katayoon Hoodfar of London who completed my 73 mile Pilgrim walk - LONDON TO CANTERBURY to Thomas Becket Shrine - well done to them.
May 29th. 2017, congratulations to Neale & Linda Lamond of Blairgowrie who completed the St. Cuthbert Way from Melrose to Lindisfarne. Well done to them.
12/13th. May 2017 - Congratulations to Evonne Zingraf of Cleethorpes, who walked the 35 mile route to Walsingham from Kings' Lynn. Well done to her.
October 21st - 24th. 2016 - Matt Betts of St. Ives walked 75 miles from Southwark to Canterbury Cathedral, following in the footsteps of the medieval pilgrims. Many blessings to him.
August 12th. - 18th. 2016 - Congratulations to Geoff King of Somerset, wo walked 77 miles in 23.5 hours of walking, to follow the medieval pilgrims route from London to Canterbury. Many congratulations to him - Bon Camino!
March 25th. 2016 - Congratulations to John Hobbs of Slough who walked my 24 mile - ST. CEDD'S PILGRIMAGE WALK - to the 7th. century ST. Peter on the wall chapel, on the the remote Dengie Peninsula in Essex. A peaceful pklace where the sound of curlews can be heard.
17/10/2015 - Congratulations to Jonathan Causer from Lewisham, who over seven days walked from London to Canterbury - 73 miles, following my pilgrim guide.
10/10/2015 - Congratulations to John Hobbs of Slough, who completed walking the MANDEVILLE MONKS WAY - 42 MILES, from All Saints church, Edmonton London to Audley End, Saffron Walden, walking in the stepsof the monks who founded All Saints church.
September 17th - 22nd. 2015 - John Watson and Patricia White of Wath-upon Dearne, South Yorkshire, walked 75 miles from Southwell to Canterbury. "We totally enjoyed the London to Canterbury Pilgrimage, completed over 6 continuous days.Your guidebook was excellent!We have many memories and wonderful places to keep us warm this winter! PS. It will not be our last pilgrimage - we have the bug!" Many congratulations to them. July 10th. 2015 - Revd. John Merrill walks the St. Cuthbert's Way from Melrose to Lindisfarne - 72 miles in 72 hours. A brilliant walk!
A new book on the story of the walk is now out!!
29th & 30th. March 2015 - Michael Wright of Reading, walked the 38 mile Our Lady of Caversham Pilgrims route, from Windsor to Caversham. "The walk was amazing, encompassing some truly magnificent sites. The weather was fantastic. I have lived in the suburbs of Reading for 18 years and was unaware of what I had on my doorstep. Thank you for opening my eyes". Well done to him.
31/7/2013 - Congratulations to Gary Jeeves who has become the first person to follow in my footsteps and walk the Wintershall Pilgrimage - 17 1/2 miles in Surrey. Well done to him.
29/7/2013 - Congratulations to Gary Jeeves who has become the first person to follow my footsteps around Our Lady of Consolation Pilgrimage Walk - 18 1/2 miles in Sussex - well done to him.
23/3/2013 - Gary Jeeves of Biggleswade has walked the Our Lady of Ulting Pilgrimage Walk - 16 miles, in Essex. Congratulations to him.
30/5/2013 - Congratulations to Judith Turner and Jane Smith who on May 30th 2013 completed the Pilgrim walk from London to Canterbury - well done to them.
8/7/2012 - Congratulations to Jonathan Stockwell who on July 8th. 2012, walked from London to Canterbury and had an amazing time. Well done to him.
